By using the Big NGO platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between your organisation and Namedays Technologies.
The Big NGO platform is licensed for use by registered NGOs and not-for-profit organisations. You are responsible for all content entered into the platform by your organisation's administrators.
All subscription fees are due as per the payment schedule agreed upon during onboarding. Payment gateway integrations are managed by you — Big NGO does not handle donor payments on your behalf.
Your NGO's data belongs to you. You may request an export of your data at any time. Upon termination of your subscription, data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
The platform may not be used for illegal activities, fraudulent fundraising, or any purpose that violates applicable Indian law. Big NGO reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation.
Big NGO (Namedays Technologies) is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior three months.
