What is Big NGO?
Big NGO is a complete digital platform for NGOs in India. It provides a professional website, online donation system (with 80G receipts), member management, events, HR, payroll, finance, AI tools, and compliance support — all in one unified platform.
How do I get started?
Call us on +91 92969 09355 or email info@bigngo.com. There is no self-serve signup. We onboard every NGO personally to ensure the platform is properly configured for your needs.
How long does setup take?
Most NGOs are live within 24 hours of their first call with us. We do the configuration, AI seeds the content, and you review and approve.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer free trials. We work with serious organisations on a subscription basis. Contact us and we will walk you through the platform and pricing before you commit.
Do you handle my donation money?
No. You hold your own Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe payment gateway keys. Donations go directly from donors to your account. We never handle your funds.
Is my NGO's data secure?
Yes. Each NGO's data is completely isolated on the platform. We use HTTPS/SSL everywhere, and all data is stored on secure servers. We follow best practices for data security and privacy.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. We can set up your NGO on your existing domain (like yourngocname.org) or on a Big NGO subdomain. Custom domains are supported on all plans.
What payment gateways are supported?
We currently support Razorpay, Cashfree, and PhonePe — the three most widely used payment gateways for Indian NGOs and donors.
Are 80G receipts automatic?
Yes. When a donor completes a transaction, the platform automatically generates an 80G-compliant receipt and emails it to the donor. No manual work required.
Can we manage HR and payroll too?
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes a full HR and payroll module — employee profiles, attendance, leave management, salary slip generation, and more.
Does the platform support multiple languages?
Yes. Our AI can translate your entire website into regional Indian languages — Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and more.
How is Big NGO different from a regular website builder?
