Big NGO subscription fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. This is because we invest significant setup time and resources into each NGO's configuration.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Big NGO does not process or hold donor payments. All refunds related to donor transactions are handled directly between the NGO and the donor through the respective payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe).
In cases of platform error or service unavailability caused by Big NGO, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@bigngo.com.
